Nicole has spent the last 25-plus years of her career devoted to working in the not-for-profit and charitable sector. Specifically, she has spent the last 17 years in senior leadership roles both as an Executive Director and Director of Operations.
Nicole is a strong advocate for evidence-based programming that ensures an equitable, diverse, inclusive and accessible (EDIA) lens is embedded into social policy frameworks. Her passion for action in strengthening and enriching wellbeing in the lives of Canadians is what drives her every day.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Professional Arts, with a specialization in Human Services.
